In questo caldo fine settimana di luglio mentre la gente “normale” prendeva la tintarella al mare, o si rilassava sul divano con il condizionatore puntato contro, alcune decine di migliaia di giocatori si sfidano nei maggiori tornei ondine. Nonostante il Main Event delle WSOP in corso , anche questa settimana non mancano nomi noti nelle prime posizioni, come ad esempio Anthony “holdplz” Spinella che prevale sui 3643 avversari del 750k Guaranteed di Full Tilt per una prima moneta di 132k$ . Tra i “notable” troviamo il pel di carota Jon “PearlJammer” Turner che esce sesto al 200$ rebuy su Stars poco prima di un altro aficionados dei tavoli finali domenicali è Steve “GBORO780” Gross che chiude quinto nello stesso torneo. Ottimo fine settimana anche per Brian “Sn8wman” Hawkins e per Stian “JohnnyBelow” Stabell che raggiungono ben 2 tavoli finali a testa. Sn8wman arriva sesto al 750k Garantueed e settimo al Sunday Second Chance, mentre JohnnyBelow si piazza terzo al Sunday Second Chance e vince il Sunday Brawl per un bel 90k$ payday. Non si segnalano piazzamenti di rilievo dei Cbetters, a meno che BadBeatKid_2 sia uno di noi ma non voglia dirci che ha vinto il Sunday Million e i 177k$ di premio. P.S.
